Make us the training arm of your company.

If you're hiring faster than you can get guards trained, losing offers to competitors that certify same-day, or juggling CPR, 8-hour and annual-continuing deadlines across a growing roster — stop. Make us the training arm of your company. Your guards walk in off the street, walk out with the BSIS certificate your HR file needs, and your supervisors stay in the field instead of running classes. Class after class, hire after hire.

01

Verifiable BSIS cert

Every certificate carries BSIS License ATG #2995. Verifiable at search.dca.ca.gov — holds up under audit, holds up at hiring.

02

Same-day printed cert

Your guard leaves class with the physical document BSIS needs for their application. No mailing delays holding up a start date.

03

Mobile on-site delivery

When the headcount justifies it, we come to your office or facility across LA and Orange County — your guards don't lose a half-day commuting.

04

One named instructor

Mario Galvan, 15+ years in the field. Your guards hear the same voice every class, and so do you if quality questions come up. About Mario.

05

CPR + 8-hour combo

Book Red Cross CPR/AED/First Aid alongside the 8-hour course in a single scheduling conversation. Two compliance needs, one visit. CPR details.

06

End-to-end BSIS pipeline

After class we walk your guards through their BSIS BreEZe application, then down the hall for Live Scan fingerprinting at the UPS Store partnered with us — discounted service fee for our students. Your guard finishes the whole guard card pipeline in one trip.

Partner rates

Agreed per company. Nothing published, nothing posted.

Preferred rates depend on your typical headcount per class, where sessions run, and whether you want 8-hour-only or an 8-hour plus CPR combo. We put the rate card in writing before you commit to anything.

How are training records kept, and who owns them?
Your guard owns the original paper certificate; we keep a digital copy and the issuance log for BSIS record-retention purposes. On request, we send you a monthly roster PDF with name, course, date, instructor, and certificate serial numbers for your compliance file.
How do no-shows and reschedules work for partner-paid seats?
The same policy as individual students, with one difference: partners get one courtesy transfer per guard per 12-month period with 24 hours' notice (instead of the standard 48). After that, the standard Class Policies apply — no-shows forfeit payment, and transfer requests after the class has started count as a no-show. The policy is written into the services agreement so there are no surprises.
Can you do a dedicated class just for our company?
Yes, as soon as the headcount justifies it. For 8-hour, that's typically six or more guards; for CPR / AED / First Aid, that's three or more. Dedicated classes can run on a weekday that works for your schedule rather than our public calendar.
Do you handle the post-card annual continuing training (32-hour and 8-hour-per-year requirements)?
Not yet. NPS currently delivers the 8-hour Powers to Arrest & Appropriate Use of Force course that qualifies a new hire to apply, plus CPR / AED / First Aid. The remaining BSIS continuing-training hours are completed through other approved providers — we're happy to recommend reputable ones so your guards aren't left to figure it out. See the BSIS training page for the official hour breakdown.
Where exactly do classes run, and how fast can you spin up a new partner?
Public dates run at 11506 Telegraph Rd #201, Santa Fe Springs. Partner-dedicated classes can run there or on-site at your office across LA / Orange County. Discovery call → signed agreement → first class on the calendar: typically within 7–10 business days, faster if we already have an open seat on an upcoming date.
