Questions, Comments, or Concerns?

Use this form to inquire about other classes and their availability — CPR, AED & First Aid, Priority one-on-one sessions, and Guard Card combos are all scheduled by request, so reach out as soon as you can and we'll lock in a date that works. Questions, comments, or concerns are welcome here too. We reply as soon as possible — usually the same day during business hours. Want a class near you? Tell us your city — when enough students in an area are ready, we schedule a class there and notify you first.

Class Policies — Read Before Booking

By booking a class with Nocturnal Protective Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms below. These policies are enforced for all training programs without exception.

Refund Policy
All class fees and transfer fees are strictly non-refundable once payment has been processed and a seat has been reserved, regardless of attendance status, personal circumstances, or scheduling conflicts arising after registration.
Transfer Policy
A $10 fee applies to any approved class date change. Submit a written transfer request by email at least 48 hours before the scheduled class start. Transfers are subject to availability, must be within 30 days of the original date, and are limited to one per registration.
No-Show Policy
Participants who fail to attend without prior notice forfeit all payments. No refunds or transfers are provided for missed classes under any circumstances.
Leaving Class Early
Leaving before completion for any reason forfeits eligibility for a refund or transfer. Full attendance and participation are required to complete the course and receive a certificate.
Class Locations
We train at professional venues across Los Angeles & Orange County. Most class listings on the calendar show the exact venue with directions; when a listing shows a general area instead, your exact location is confirmed by email approximately 2–3 days before your class date.
If We Cancel
If NPS cancels or reschedules a class due to instructor availability, low enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances, you choose: a free transfer to another available class, or a full refund.
